Questo significa usare un sale la cui composizione non solo riproduca  in maniera piu fedele possibile quella dell’acqua del mare (fino a  comprendere oligoelementi presenti solo in tracce), ma che metta anche a  disposizione degli organismi adeguate quantità extra di quelle sostanze  (come calcio e magnesio ed altri oligoelementi) che vengono  regolarmente assimilate e la cui concentrazione diminuisce nei periodi  che intercorrono fra operazioni di completo ricambio di acqua. \u003cbr\u003e\nESSENZA è formulato, dunque, con un elevato contenuto di calcio,  magnesio ed oligoelementi per far si che gli organismi allevati abbiano  sempre a disposizione concentrazioni adeguate per il loro sviluppo.
